		<description>Budgeting really is the foundation for any kind of financial success. It is a simple tool that can really change peoples lives. But like you said...it is all perspective. You can't look at it as a negative meant to destroy our your fun.  You have to look at it as a tool to produce results. Following a budget has truly changed my family's life.</description>
