Having worked in the communications industry for seven of the last eight years, I love all the stuff that communications does for us. The gadgets, the speed, the fun, what's not to like? Well, the customer service.
When it comes to complaints for whatever problems you are having it is often hard to get your voice heard. For the last few days I have been exploring HearUsNow.org. This website is run by Consumers Union the publisher of Consumer Reports. It is a great place to complain about your service and be heard or to find out how to win with your home/cell phone provider, cable/satelite company, or internet provider. The website is also highly informative. It has tons of articles about what is going on with the communications industry and legislation that may help or hinder our current communication choices. If there is anything you want to check out in the communications world you can pretty much find it here. Most importantly to me they talk about how to save money on your communications needs. I greatly encourage you to check out HearUsNow.org.

Very interesting...thanks for sharing the site. I recently battled a cell phone provider over fees for services I didn't agree to when signing up, but were charged after the 90-day free trial period. This site will come in handy if they don't follow through on the credits.
