Fighting With Communications

I have been playing with a site called HearUsNow.org.  It was started by consumer reports to help people deal with the telecommunications companies that offer pitiful customer service.  Turns out most of the companies that are listed on the site actually monitor to see who is taling and what the problems are.  So whether you have ing problems with Internet, radio, cable tv, sattelite, or telephone companies (including cellular) there is now a forum for people to make their voice heard.  They also have a blog, fact sheets and many other tools to help you stay up to date and be able to fight the huge corporations.
