I hate calling into customer no-service and getting a recorded voice taking me into multiple menus of frustration. So I had to find a solution. That solution popped up in the form of the Dial a Human website. You can search for direct to human phone numbers with different companies in an alphabetical index or by category (specifically in my case my cell phone carrier). This makes it a lot easier to actually talk to a human in these giant monster mega companies and skip the cyclical menus that keep you guessing until you are finally put on hold for 20 minutes. At which point in time you can talk to the lowest possible person on the totem pole, who has some weird foreign accent, but introduced themself as Steve and has no possible means of helping you. But, I'm not bitter.
