Text messaging while driving is on the rise as more and more young people enter the driving pool.  In fact, recent statistics show that one in four drivers are now driving while texting.  This means that way too many people are not paying proper attention to the road.

For anyone who cannot pull themselves away from the cell phone while driving a new and safer option is now available.  Dial2Do allows you to convert voice to text.  This great utility allows you to send text messages and e-mail directly from your phone.  All you do is dial a number and everything from there is voice activated.  Best of all this service is FREE (my favorite word).

The features that are currently available through Dial2Do are:

Reminder - leave yourself a reminder and then play it back later

Text – send a text message using your voice

E-mail – send an e-mail to anyone in your contact list or listen to your e-mails from gmail, yahoo, aol, or any pop3 or imap account

Twitter – post a tweet to you twitter account or listen to your twitter timeline
