What happens is, in some offers, advertisers pay cash duck for you to sign up or try their services. These services are given for free for a limited time. When that time expires you will be charged unless you have canceled the service. I use a credit card so I can dispute any charges that are falsely given after I cancel. In general I stick to the free offers that are less feathers, but wanted to make people aware of the dangers of the "high value offers." There is no membership fee.
