Publix Couponing Rules and Tips

The Publix coupon policy is:

  1. You do not have to purchase two items to get the BOGO price
  2. Publix will double manufacturer's coupons up to 50¢ except in Florida and southern Georgia where there is no doubling
  3. Store coupons  can be used with a manufacturer's coupon
  4. Publix will match competitor's coupons.  A competitor is defined on a store by store basis.  Make sure to ask your store if another grocery store is considered a competitor

Tips

Publix does not require a card to get their deals but you can get one just so you can take advantage of Upromise eCoupons

The favorite promotional sale at Publix is the BOGO deal and many times this will match up with a coupon.

Publix will allow you to stack coupons together.  This means you can use both a store coupon and a manufacturer's coupon, a competitor's coupon and a store coupon, a competitor's coupon and a manufacturer's coupon, or on rare occasions a store coupon, a manufacturer's coupon, and a competitor's coupon, ALL ON ONE ITEM!!!

Publix publishes its own coupon booklets.  Every time you go to Publix you should ask if they have any new coupon booklets.  Many times there are manufacturer's coupons in these booklets that can be used at any grocery store.

  • I`m very new in this and I have a question:if I have two manufacturers bogo coupons can I use both of them so I can get the items free?

  • Unfortunately, no. You would have to use the BOGO coupon on two different sets of items.
