It has been nine months since I have done any earnings updates so I figured it was about time. Swagbucks has been a real winner with me personally earning 272 swagbucks from my own searches in the last nine months. This is enough for $30 worth of Amazon.com gift cards or about one $5 gift card every 45 days. Not a bad return for just using a different search engine.
The real return in Swagbucks is when you refer people. Now I have this website to refer people so I am going to use my wife as an example of what happens when you refer people when you get the chance. Since opening her account three and a half years ago my wife has earned an extra 1007 swagbucks by referring just 32 friends and family to use the site. To put that in real terms that is an extra $110 (about 30 dollars per year) she earned for just mentioning it to friends and sending an e-mail.
