It finally appears that I have both the website and my feed healthy again.  I have taken the better part of the last three days to finally hunt down these problems.  For those who have not seen an update to my site in a while I apologize.  SavingFreak.com has been getting hit pretty hard by hackers and this time the feed for the site was affected and not updating feed readers or sending out emails to my subscribers.  For the life of me I could not figure out why so I have spent most of my  usual writing time trying to figure out what in the world was happening.  Everything seems to be back on track and I want to thank everyone for their patience and especially those who have been visiting the site in spite of all the problems.

If you haven’t been here in a while due to these errors I  have been writing sporadically as I have worked on these issues.  A good place to look for past content is the Sitemap,  And just so we are all on the same page here is the format for how my blog posts will be going for the near future.
