What You Need to Do before Eating?
There’s a few things you need to do before you can enjoy the delicious food in the meal box.
In case of regular soups, you need to fill the cup completely with water or if you have broth at home that will do too.
Next, empty the cup into a pot and warm till the level you prefer, alternatively you can empty the contents in one of those microwave-safe bowls and heat it up for a few minutes. You can then pour it back into the cup or in a bowl of your choice and enjoy the soup.
For blended soups, the process is a bit different. You will have to fill the cup with warm water, but make sure it’s not steaming hot.
Next you empty the contents of the cup into a blender and blend it for about 30 seconds, then you pour it back into the cup or a bowl of your choice and enjoy it chilled or heat it for a few minutes.
For harvest bowls, the process is quite simple. Just transfer the contents of the cup into a nonstick pan and stir it for a few minutes on medium heat.
You can add a couple of tablespoons of water or broth, if required. Alternatively, transfer the contents in a microwave bowl and heat for about 5 minutes.
In case of smoothies, you can either use regular milk, almond milk, soy milk, water, etc. Fill the cup with the liquid of your choice, pour all of it in a blender and blend till it’s smooth. Then pour it back into the cup.
For the oat bowls, you will have to add milk of your choice, but only till three-fourth of the cup. Next, secure the lid and let it soak overnight. Stir it properly before having it.
The process for chia bowls is exactly the same as that for oat bowls.
Finally, in case of hot lattes, you have to run the latte pod under warm water for 10-15 seconds and then open the foil seal.
Transfer the contents into a saucepan or microwave mug, add 10 ounces of your favorite type of milk, heat it for a few minutes and your latte is ready.
In case of iced lattes, after opening the seal, transfer the contents into a blender, add the 10 ounces of milk and blend for 10-15 seconds, pour it over and enjoy. You can add a sweetener if you want.
