Google sells a smartphone Nexus 5X that you can buy over a period of 2 years. Basic service is $21.95 for u limited phone and text. You then buy the GB, 1 GB for $10 bucks. As long as you are in wifi area you will not use data and whatever data you don’t use you are credited that amount on your next bill. I am paying the same I was paying for my little or phone.Check it out!!!!!

The national locations have all moved to open WiFi. You will usually come to a welcome screen with some legal disclaimer and you have to accept the legal terms. Basically they are saying this is an open network and you are responsible for your own internet security.
