How Does The Panel Station Work?

panel station reviewPanel Station is a paid survey site that rewards members for completing online surveys. A survey can cover one of many topics, including consumer goods, healthcare, finance, travel, or technology.

To register as a member with Panel Station, you have to sign up by completing a registration form to receive your login information.

Then, you are asked to complete a profile questionnaire so that Panel Station can provide you with the most relevant surveys. You will be asked to answer groups of questions about your lifestyle and spending habits. You will also have to provide more personal information, for example, your gender and marital status.

After registering and completing your profile survey, Panel Station will start sending you one or two surveys via email that you can complete to earn points.

You can also download Panel Station’s mobile app that is compatible with Android and Apple devices. With the app, you can manage your account and check your account balance, reward history, and redemption options. The app will also notify you when there are new surveys, redemptions, and offers available for your account.

Is PanelStation Legit?

Like most other paid survey sites, Panel Station is legit. You don’t have to pay to become a member, which is a bonus. And if you use a separate email address, you will not have to worry too much about your primary email address getting spammed.

Redeeming your points can take a long time, however, and Panel Station is quick to suspend members’ accounts, which can be frustrating. Accumulating enough points to redeem can also take a long time, especially if you only get invited to complete short surveys.

If you are willing to deal with these issues, Panel Station may be the ideal solution to earn an extra income.

How Do I Get Paid?

Every survey you complete can earn you anything from 100 to 5,000 points. How many points you earn per survey depends on the length and complexity of the survey. On average, completing one Panel Station survey takes around 15 to 20 minutes.

Before starting with a survey, you will have all the information you need to decide if it is worth your time. According to Panel Station’s FAQ section, 500 points are worth $0.79, and 5,000 points are worth around $7.86.

When your account balance reaches 3,000 points, you can redeem your rewards in the form of gift cards. The retailers you can select gift cards for depends on what country you live in, but you can receive payments for the following businesses:

  • PayPal
  • Amazon
  • Submarino
  • Rakuten
  • Jumia
  • Flipkart
  • Lazada
  • Linio

If you want to redeem your points, you have to send Panel Station an email with your chosen option. Panel Station can take as long as two weeks to respond and another four weeks to redeem your rewards.

To convert your points into cash, PayPal is your best option, but you will wait another seven business days for the money to reach your account. Most people seem to use their rewards to buy an Amazon gift card.

To receive your rewards as quickly as possible, don’t open more than one account with Panel Station. If you have more than one account, Panel Station will regard it as suspicious, deactivate your accounts, and suspend the points you accumulated.

When you complete a survey, you should also refrain from selecting the same choice for all questions. The system will pick up that you sped through the survey and flag your account. Try to answer the surveys to the best of your ability, even if it takes you 20 minutes.

Panel Station also has monthly sweepstakes drawings. You can purchase a ticket with 300 to 500 points, depending on your country. You can also take a special survey to enter the sweepstakes. If you win, you may receive cash or gift vouchers.

Company History

Panel Station was founded in 2008 by Praveen Gupta and is affiliated with Cross-Tab Marketing Service Ltd, a prominent market research company with over 2 million users. The company is based in India, but it is available to members in several countries.

  • PanelPolls – One of the easiest sign-up policies. Welcoming teenagers and even accepting kids down to age 2.
  • Focus Forward – A very low minimum payout number makes them very appealing.

Pros

  • Panel Station is available to members in several countries
  • The site has a user-friendly app for tracking rewards and receiving notifications
  • There are several options for redeeming rewards
  • You can use your points to enter Panel Station’s monthly drawing
  • The registration process is straightforward and quick

Cons

  • Panel Station is not available to all countries
  • You have to redeem your points via phone or email
  • Reaching the minimum withdrawal points of 3,000 can take a long time
  • The only cash option is via PayPal
  • It can take up to eight weeks to receive your rewards
  • Panel Station doesn’t have a reward system for referrals

The Panel Station Review Final Thoughts

While you will not earn enough money with Panel Station to make a living, it can be a decent source of extra income.

You will have to be patient when redeeming your points, but if you are the type of person that prefers gift cards over cash, Panel Station could be for you.
